Text description provided by the architects. The villa is located central, right by the sea in Härnösand and responds well to the family’s interest in Sup, surf and daily cold morning bath in the sea.
Their wish for the interior was calmness and no use of the colour white.
We used therefore a color scheme of a few grey colors, darker in the ground floor and lighter on the second floor.
The garage, outdoor shower and extension is a modern contrast to the existing villa. The extension contains a bright space with maximized sea view in glass, concrete and non-treated pine wood that in a few years will be grey and harmonize with the existing.
